- Requirements Analysis
During our initial Client discussions we assimilate details about your company, your customers, goals and products. We will also initialize an exchange of ideas, where in your provide us with your perception and we provide our visualized ideas.
- Acquiring Necessary Resources
We list down the necessary resources & accounts that are utilized in developing the database-driven website
- Web Hosting Account – To support the database, SSL, and email requirements
- SSL Certificate – To enable secure online transactions and account pages
- Merchant Bank Account – Required for transaction (credit card) deposits
- Payment Gateway - Gateway to enable real-time credit card transactions
As part of the project we can set the above accounts for our clients. The client bares the account fees. We can also offer advice on selecting the appropriate provider.
- Designing
We assign a Project Lead for who will work directly with you or your assigned web staff to design the user interface of the e-commerce application.
There are two options at the designing phase:
- One where we integrate the new functionality into existing web site designs and
- The other where we create an entirely new web site

- Development
The new database and administrative tools are installed either into the existing website or a new website is developed based on your specifications. The products are imported into the new database and a full testing of the system is carried out for stability and speed.
- Training
The administrative staff is provided extensive train to ensure complete proficiency in using the administrative tools to process orders, add products and work with customer accounts.
Our tools are bundled with user-friendly features that provide compete flexibility in managing your new e-commerce web site.
- Test & Launch
Upon stability & process conformity the client approval is sought to launch the web site and perform final testing to ensure a fully functional application.
- Support
Our Technical team is equipped to ensure that any possible problem with the Application, Computers or network will be attended to.
