Project Preparation Phase
- Detailed discussion with Client on project specification
- Analyzing the scope of the project
- Evaluating the project Time Frame, including number of days & resources required to complete the project
- Detailed planning of start date, delivery date and allocation of resources
Project Contact & Development Phase
- Assigning project lead and carrying out a brief client discussion
- Followed with a project Questionnaire sent to client
- Questionnaire answered by the client, providing valuable views & inputs
- Followed by a brainstorming session with the web design team regarding project specification, requirement analysis and output
The Homepage development begins
- The client is provided with design prototypes (2–3 design options) of the Homepage
- Evaluating client feedback and incorporating corrections or modifications (if any)
- Finalizing the Homepage design, and starting HTML programming
- Request for content required for each page of the website. We take care of the placement, layout and images
- Once the HTML is done, the client is provided with the URL to review and provide feedback
- Incorporating feedback with corrections or modifications (if any)
Project Testing, Approval & Completion Phase
- The URL is tested for broken links, images and improper cropping or coding. Rectifications required are done and sent to the client for final feedback
- The FTP details for the domain are sought. We then test the hosting server with compatibility. In case of in-compatibility, steps are taken to rectify the same
- A final approval is sought from the client following which the project is closed
